This is not a safety ranking. FAERS report counts track exposure, reporting behaviour and media attention as much as they track harm. A widely prescribed drug with a long market history will accumulate enormous totals. FDA's own position is that reports “do not prove that the drug caused the event”. See the methodology before drawing any conclusion.
